Q. If I want to commission something not displayed on www.malbymaps.com how do I do that?

 

Please send Malby Maps an email to sales@malbymaps.com with your contact details and explaining what it is that you had in mind together with the ‘Geographical Memories’ and one of our team shall be in contact to discuss your commission, prices, dispatch and delivery times.

 

Q. Do I get to choose the exact vintage maps used in my Malby Maps product?

 

Unfortunately we cannot send you options for each ‘Geographical Memory’ chosen. Malby Maps use their reasonable endeavours to use vintage maps that are at least 40 years old. There will, however, be times when we shall need to use maps from an earlier year due to scarcity of certain vintage maps. If it is a requirement that you choose maps from a particular decade then please do send Malby Maps an email to sales@malbymaps.com and we will use our reasonable endeavours to accommodate your enquiry and provide you with an additional price for such a service.

 

Q. Where a product states ‘Contact Us’ for international delivery where should I contact Malby Maps?

 

Please click onto ‘Contact Us’ in the footer of the website and send to us your query including your address and postcode/zip code/area code we can then provide you with a price for posting and packaging.

 

Q. What happens if I need the Malby Maps products to arrive quicker than the Dispatch Times set-out on the website plus the delivery times?



Malby Maps where it is possible to do so can provide an express service. We charge extra for this service and it depends on how quickly you require your Malby Maps products, our existing order book and where you are in the world. Please do send your enquiry to sales@malbymaps.com and we can look into your request and provide you with a price and estimated delivery date.
