DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

 

1. POSTAGE AND PACKAGING

The postage and packaging charges are either included in the price advertised  (and expressed Free UK Economy Mail) or provided in a drop down box next to each product on thewww.malbymaps.com website. On certain products where postage and packaging is included in the price of the product then please select the £0.00 postage and packaging option in the drop down box on that particular product page. The postage and packaging is only included on certain Malby Maps products and is never included in the delivery to a postal address outside of the United Kingdom.

An order shall be dispatched on normal working days and deliveries shall be made on normal working days, Monday to Friday, and usually between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm. If delivery is required on a Saturday then this cannot be guaranteed and you will need to contact Malby Maps Limited for further details and the additional cost. Please do this by sending an email to sales@malbymaps.com and we shall contact you.

Where a business address has been selected by our customer we shall be deemed to have delivered the order to its intended recipient by delivering to the reception area of the business address and receiving from a duly representative a signed receipt of delivery.

Malby Maps Limited shall dispatch and deliver to the address as you enter it on the website www.malbymaps.com and cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery if the address provided is incorrect. Additional charges will be made for redirection or for re-delivery due to a postcode error. If you are not sure of an address you need to check using the Post Office postcode and address finding service. Unfortunately Malby Maps Limited cannot deliver to a PO Box Number.

UK Economy Delivery – Allow up to 7 days from the date of dispatch (Please see the time to dispatch on each product  page as the time to dispatch varies depending on the product you have ordered).

European Economy Delivery – Allow the number of days from the date of dispatch displayed below (Please see the time to dispatch on each product page as the time to dispatch varies depending on the product you have ordered).

(i) Western Europe (Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Denmark, France, Germany, Monaco, Greece, Portugal, Italy, Spain) please allow between 5 to 7 working days from the date of dispatch.

(ii) Rest of Europe (Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cape Verde, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, Georgia, Gibraltar, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Macedonia (Republic Of), Malta, Moldova (Republic Of), Montenegro, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine) please allow between 7 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

Rest of the World Mail – 6 to 14 days from the date of dispatch (Please see the time to dispatch on each product page as the time to dispatch varies depending on the product you have ordered).

(i)USA & Canada please allow 6 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

(ii) Australia, Brunei Darussalam, China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea (Democratic People's Republic Of), Korea (Republic Of), Lao People's Democratic Republic, Macao, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam please allow 6 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

(iii) Rest of World please allow 7 - 14 working days from the date of dispatch.

Any product that is purchased on the www.malbymaps.com website that has been requested to be dispatched internationally is subject to any local laws or restrictions that may apply. These may be levied at the port of ingress on a consignment by consignment basis and Malby Maps Limited cannot predict whether or not these will be charged and have no control if and how these may be levied. You the customer will be responsible for these charges as levied. Malby Maps Limited has the right to reserve to decline any orders that have been requested to be dispatched to any countries where we have concerns to the safe delivery of your order or to countries that are likely to impose restrictive duties.


2. Express Delivery

If you require express delivery service for any of the Malby Maps Limited products please contact the office by sending an email to sales@malbymaps.com and we will be able to provide you with a quote for express postal options and any additional cost for creating your ‘Geographical Memories’ in super quick time.


3. Returns

Malby Maps Limited want every customer to be over the moon and happy with your Malby Maps product. Malby Maps Limited will refund or exchange any Malby Maps Limited product that is refundable, for any reason, within 28 days of receipt. Malby Maps Limited bespoke and made-to-order products are non-refundable, unless faulty.

The following Malby Maps products that are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable are:

(i) Malby Maps bespoke and personalised products that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of ‘Geographical Memories’, unique messages or other customised aspects that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold.

(ii) Malby Maps large items of bespoke furniture that are specially made to order.

(iii) Malby Maps map artwork and other creative pieces that are specially commissioned when you place an order.

All returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned to the seller at the address on your correspondence. Please obtain proof of posting.

Refunds can only be made by Malby Maps Limited via our online payment processing system provided by PayPal.

Please double check whether a Malby Maps Limited product is cancellable or non-cancellable before purchasing to avoid disappointment by sending an email to sales@malbymaps.com.

 

4. How to return or exchange a product

You must notify the Malby Maps Limited in writing if you wish to cancel your order or exchange a refundable Malby Maps Limited product, and we encourage you to outline your reasons for doing so as this helps Malby Maps Limited improve our offering and service to our customers. To contact Malby Maps Limited please send an email to sales@malbymaps.com.

We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with the seller.

Malby Maps Limited will process a refund of your order payment directly to your payment debit or credit card within 30 days at the very latest, subject to compliance with this Delivery and Returns Policy and our Terms and Conditions to be found on the link below.
